LineaFlux는 빛의 한 갈래인 레이저를 인간의 생활상 속에 어떤 방식으로 적용시킬 수 있을지에 대한 생각에서 나온 결과물로, 레이저 장치를 통해 빛의 구조를 형성함으로 기존의 우리가 익히 알고 있던 라이팅의 개념에서 벗어나 조명으로서의 새로운 가능성을 고려하였다. 요컨대, 빛이 단순히 공간을 밝히는 것에서 끝나지 않고 아크릴과 거울을 통해 다양하게 비춰지는 레이저의 패턴으로 말미암아 빛의 순수함과 역동성을 보여주며 공간을 비출 수 있도록 하였다.
LineaFlux is the result of an exploration into how a single strand of light—laser light—can be integrated into everyday human environments. By forming structured compositions of light through laser devices, the project moves beyond conventional notions of lighting and considers new possibilities for illumination. In essence, light is no longer limited to simply brightening a space; instead, through laser patterns reflected and refracted by acrylic and mirrors, it reveals the purity and dynamism of light itself while illuminating the surrounding space.
